Aspiring coaches program

2026-27 APPLICATIONS DUE AUGUST 17, 2026

The ACP is for all of our aspiring junior coaches! This program is designed to help young athletes gain experience coaching and shadowing other VCC coaches with the goal of raising the next group of incredible and dedicated cheer coaches. We can’t wait to watch you share your passion for cheer with the next generation of athletes! 

This includes:

• A full-season athlete/coach mentoring program where the aspiring coach assists the head coaches of a team (or tumbling class) in the planning and execution of practices.

• A junior coach t-shirt.

• Please note: Jr coach hopefuls must be 13+ and have 3 yrs minimum of cheer experience with VCC.

To become an ACP Coach:

• Fill out the application form linked below before August 17, 2026

• Be signed up for placements for the 2026 - 2027 season
