Power in Tumbling

One of the most challenging parts of advancing your skills in tumbling, is not just developing, but applying the power required to get them! This class is designed around explaining some of the power areas of tumbling, as well as some drills, exercises, and tips to get the power you need!
At home tumbling: Level 1 Skills
June 14th, 3:00pm
Working on the fundamentals of tumbling from the comfort of your home! This class is designed around the fundamental shapes, and execution of a backwalkover, which is one of the most important stepping stones of tumbling!
Jump Height: Rocketship program!
June 21st, 3:00pm
Jumping is of course a part of a routine, but having good jumps, will make you a better cheerleader in every part of a routine! Fast and strong jumping muscles will give you speed and power in tumbling and stunting, and training this part of your skill set will benefit you in every aspect of your cheer journey! This class is designed to teach you how to get that explosive power, and take off!
